What this website stores

When you sign in through vAMSYS, we access your name, pilot profile, rank, flight statistics, bookings, and flight reports to display your private dashboard. Authentication happens on vAMSYS; we never receive your password. Pilot accounts and flight records remain managed by vAMSYS under its own privacy policy.

Pilot sessions

We store encrypted access and refresh tokens in secure, HTTP-only cookies for up to eight hours. A temporary sign-in cookie expires after ten minutes. Dashboard requests are not cached, and this integration does not persist your profile or flight records in a website database. Signing out clears the session cookies on this browser. You can also revoke this application’s access from your vAMSYS account.

Staff access

Staff authorized by the airline owner can view airline records and make operational changes. Staff action logs include the acting pilot ID, airline ID, action, target record ID, and timestamp. These logs are retained under the hosting provider’s log retention settings. Staff notes are saved in vAMSYS with the acting pilot’s callsign and ID.

In your browser

• A session flag so the intro animation plays only once per visit.
• A short history of airline statistics, used to draw trend lines on the homepage. It never leaves your device.

Third parties

Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and Esri, and fonts are served by Google Fonts through Next.js. These providers may receive standard request data such as your IP address.
